I paid for a rental, but couldn’t rent for lack of major credit card. That part is on me. What ISN’T on me, is being told refund would take 3-5 business days. Ok, fine. 3 weeks after that time frame, I’m giving a google review, because is still haven’t seen my refund. I have a bank statement that proves it. Oh yeah, and I called today, about this issue, and told another 3 business days before the issue is reviewed. It’s no wonder y’all have bad reviews. I know who NOT to go to for my car rentals, now. Has anyone called the BBB on you guys, yet? How about the media? I think I might contact the media.
I made a reservation and came to pick up the vehicle the Rep was courteous and polite and to me that stains in the seat would not come out that they were aware of it,my thing is this if there is anything wrong with the vehicle change it out don't send it out with a customer, that represents you as a company this vehicle should have sent to a Auto detail shop I was chrunched for time I hand a very important medical appointment the next morning we used towels and blankets to sit on and place our luggage on just wrong for Payless car rental to allow this I am saving the pic's and take this to who ever needs to know how they are being represented

Great experience! Familiar with Avis, the parent company so I was a little unsure about dealing with Payless. But it was very easy and the counter representative was extremely personable. Recommended upgrade which was affordable and definitely needed. They also recommended pre-pay gas option considering location of airport. I will definitely be using them again!
The car wasnt clean, but was ready to go when I needed it. When I returned, the attendant falsely accused me of smoking the car. I searched on the internet and found that this happens all the time with payless. I dont smoke and know that they are lying to steal my money.
