A little hard to find the lobby coming out of the airport, but staff was super friendly and car was clean.
This is a worst location to rent a car. The person at the counter was very rude and they should take out the banner that said they accept debit card for the deposit. They asked me several documents like utility bills, bank statement and even my pay stubs(are they issuing me a passport!! I showed him because i needed a car) to confirm my current address. Even after showing them the guy at the counter talked to me very rudely and basically tossed my license on the counter. If you can’t rent out a car you can just let me know politely or in a normal tone no need to be rude and show attitude towards a customer. I am never coming back to any budget rental service again. Thanks for ruining my time and mood. I would give a negative star if I could.
They charge you to change dates !!! So I had to rebook and new policy for some odd reason gave me 100 mile limit to drive 10 hours away !!! The previous one I canceled had unlimited!!! Just like the 20 times I booked in the past !!!! All bad service !!!!! Rude people !!!! Makes no sense why they would scam someone like that . Then they refuse to even try and help .
They are very dishonest!!! Run down the hall to another car rental!nWichita Kansas airport location. Again, RUN AWAY!!!
Best rental company I have ever used hands down. This is the only company I will use. If you need a rental hassle free at an affordable price do yourself a favor and go to budget.
