This Avis was an absolute life saver. Our personal car died COMPLETELY. We were at our wits end trying to get a rental this last Friday. Everyone else seemed to have a waiting list or needed something I didn't have. This angel when I walked up didn't tell me she couldn't help me. I had my husband and 1 year old son with me. My little dude had already had a longer trip than we had bargained for. He was being a real trooper, and thanks to the AMAZING woman that helped me almost instantly with getting a car to get home, he didn't have to deal with the vacation driving for much longer. THANK YOU SO MUCH! You guys are amazing!
Good experience overall. Some minor things from my rental were expired tags on the licence plate, and unknown substance on the rear seat. Employees were professional and made the experience warm and welcome. Car selection was good also almost prefect.
Well i was 1hr late on return due to military training. So I was charged a whole day for 1hr. Im pretty sure that pretty steep. So for this I will no longer use Avis or and avid partners.
I made a reservation online for a full size SUV and when I went to pick up there was only one car to choose from. Options not available. Also lady at the counter was not friendly ( super stern) ud83dude21nBad experience
When I picked up the vehicle, it had an odd smell I feel like is either cigar or pipe smoke. We started loading the vehicle and realized how dirty it was. I took pictures as I noticed each thing.
