When I arrived at the airport Enterprise, the staff was friendly and helpful. My reserved vehicle was unavailable, so she upgraded my car. I was grateful, but I didn't want a larger vehicle. She allowed me to wait for the next available car, which I was so happy to use during my 2-week rental. Returning the vehicle was so easy, and the gentleman who received it was kind, and made the return a breeze. I have used Enterprise for years now, and I don't even want to look for another rental company. The quality of service is exceptional, and I am always satisfied with my experiences.

Make sure you have a CREDIT CARDud83eudd2c This Enterprise doesn't take cash or Visa Debit cards. I made online reservations to make sure I had the vehicle that I needed for my trip. The address they gave me in the email was not the right address. It brought me to a Flight Simulator school 3 miles away from the airport. Finally Get there and was told we only take credit cards. This was the first time I had a problem with a company not wanting my money. They want credit. Our trip was three hours late trying to figure out what we were going to do for transportation.

We were supposed to pick up a mid size car from Enterprise at the Wichita airport. Our flight landed after 8pm. When we arrived at Enterprise there were no mid size cars available so the young woman at the counter upgraded us to a small SUV but it was not equipped with the Sirius xm we requested. She very apologetic and accommodating. We drove from Kansas back to Maryland the next couple of days and we had no issues with the way the vehicle performed. I have never been disappointed with the customer service I've received at Enterprise.

Picked up my first car the night before i had to leave on a business trip. Pick up was fine. Left the next morning and got about 45 minutes away and the car said i had a low tire. Checked the tires and one of them had a rip in the sidewall. Had to turn around and drive all the way back to the airport to switch out cars. That made me 1 1/2 hours late to where i was going. Picked up the new car, which i really enjoyed the car except i had to air one of the tires up every day that i had it. Was a little disappointed in having all the tire troubles that i had.

Not sure why but Enterprise keeps emailing me to review them after I already complained about my experience. Vehicle was kind of old for a rental over 60K miles and was out of wiper fluid. There you go guys. You can stop with the emails now. No apologies were sent either after I notified y'all.
