Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The check in and check out were fast. The car however, was not ready for the next driver and it really had a bad odor. I know it is not the fault of the rental company when someone smokes in the car when they shouldn't but it should have been detailed better. I drove with the heat on and windows down most of the time.

I’ve always had a great experience at Enterprise on West Kellogg! The entire staff is very friendly and I’m always confident that they’ll have a good selection, no matter the day. I’ve been a regular customer for almost a year and each time my vehicle is freshly cleaned, tires full of air and they provide great customer service if you have any questions about how the vehicle operates or how the rental process works. 10/10 recommend!!!

My car got ran into and is currently in the body shop. The rental company called me and told me what time they could be at the body shop with a car. I took off work early so I could be there at the time they said. They were over an hour late getting to the body shop. I had requested a car for the rental and they brought me a Minivan. That really didnt bother me because they said that I could go in the next morning and could possibly get a smaller vehicle. I called them yesterday morning and they said they could have the car ready for me on my lunch break. So I got to the location and waited another hour for them to clean the vehicle. The Manager in training and I walked around the vehicle to do the inspection together. When I got in the car I could smell smoke. I asked her to please update the rental agreement notating the smoke so I didn't get charged for a cleaning fee. She seemed to be doing it at that moment. She said she would email me the rental agreement. I was ok with that. But after I left to go back to work the smell kept getting stronger. The smell wasn't just cigarette you could smell marijuana. I cant believe that the location would think its ok to rent a vehicle out in this condition. I tried emailing the rep that I talked to and she didnt respond so I called and talked to a different person. I was told that they couldnt get me another vehicle because they were all rented out. I was told to call back today at 3:00pm. I didnt wait until 3:00 I called this morning and was told all they had was the same Minivan. They said that they would deliver it to me at 1:30pm. 2:30 still no car so I called them and they gave it to another customer and said they didn’t have a car. Poor Service!

We have use Enterprise for a long time for car rentals. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We used a truck for our latest 2000 mile adventure. Big fun to drive. Will use again in the near future.

Got to the store to pick up my rental vehicle. Was told they had nothing but a mini van which was not what o booked for. This was at 4 in the afternoon. They would have known earlier that day they had no vehicle to meet my request yet made no attempt to be proactive in letting me know this. Instead they waited until 4 in the afternoon to tell me they couldn’t help me. I ended up having to call the enterprise at the airport myself to try to get a different car. They then charged me a fortune for this car because it was last minute even though this was not my error but theirs. They said they would have a manager callnMe which you guessed it, never happened! 0/10 would recommend dealing with enterprise ever again and especially not the location on West Kellogg as their customer service was some of the worst I have ever received.
