We would give 4.5 stars if we could. We received a new Toyota Rav4 for our trip. We traveled about 1700 miles in 10 days. The SUV performed to our expectations apart from one. The seats. We had requested a Nissan Pathfinder for their extra comfortable seats. In this aspect our rental was a disappointment. When you travel that far you need seats that are far more comfortable.
Made arrangements for a Premium car. Upon day to pick up the car were notified the car was not available that we booked ... but they were going to upgrade us to a larger vehicle. We needed a car with better car mileage so they did arrange for us a smaller vehicle that did get good gas mileage. So that was good. Upon receiving the car it was not cleaned up at all. Inside of windshield made it difficult to see through so we had to stop for some wipes to get it cleaned up appropriately. Food under seats from previous drivers and trash bags in the trunk. Other than that ... we were pleased. They understood our concerns and gave us a double upgrade coupon to use when we book again.
Super easy, fast and awesome customer service! They do have a $200 refundable deposit so just be ready for that! :) Won't use any other car rental company. You honestly can't beat their prices.
The employees that helped me at both pickup and drop off were very nice. They had all the paperwork ready. I was right in and right out. Highly recommend!
Everyone were so friendly and easy to work with.
