Budget Car and Truck Rental

We had a fantastic experience with Budget of Northwest Wichita! We rented a large, brand new, top-of-the-line SUV from Ashtyn, and she was super helpful, very personable, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles their location offers. She even explained all the bells and whistles on the vehicle when we picked it up, as it was even nicer than the one we had reserved! We returned the vehicle to Kelsey who was also awesome! The vehicle alone made our family vacation amazing, and the price was excellent! The next time we need to rent a vehicle, we'll definitely come back to Budget Northwest Wichita!

They charge you to change dates !!! So I had to rebook and new policy for some odd reason gave me 100 mile limit to drive 10 hours away !!! The previous one I canceled had unlimited!!! Just like the 20 times I booked in the past !!!! All bad service !!!!! Rude people !!!! Makes no sense why they would scam someone like that . Then they refuse to even try and help .

I rented a Dodge Durango for a long trip back in January. I have rented here before and had some trouble a few years ago but this time it went great. I made a reservation a couple of weeks in advance for 8am and had to wait a few minutes for the SUV to arrive but no big deal. I got a great deal on the time duration I needed and the car had only had 600+ miles on it. Check in days later took just a few minutes and we were done. No strange charges or fees tacked on at check in or later, only the price I paid in advance. If you want a really NICE vehicle and need a SUV tell them you want the 2020 black Hemi Durango!!

I had a very good experience renting my SUV for my trip. I was a little nervous because I generally never rent cars but everything worked out even better than planned. Great car great service..thank you Ashtyn you were a great help!! It's so nice to see that good customer service skills still exist out there.

I own a local business here in town and I have never seen such unprofessional behavior in a well known establishment. After renting a vehicle here and having no issues my husband and I decided to of course keeping using the company. My husband called to finalize a reservation due to one of the locations not being able to rent us a SUV which I needed due to our family size. When I was driving to the ridge road location my husband decided to call to see if they had a suv and reserve it if so for me. He already has a vehicle so I was the only one needing it. We reserved it under just myself and was told we could come get the suv with in the hour. Jane who did the reservation over the phone decided to call me back not even three minutes after ending the call prior and declining letting us rent anything from budget ever due to them believing my husband would drive the car. Jane made it clear they would no longer rent to us at all. They didn’t say we need to put your husband on because we believe he might drive, even though we told them he would not be driving because guess what he has a vehicle. They told us they would not let us rent at all because they felt he would. They said we needed to take our business to one of their competitors. Now since they saw us in person because we used them not to long ago. I can’t help but wonder is it because he’s Hispanic? because we have tattoos? because we dont “look” a certain way. Yet the company had no issues with the vehicle we returned prior. Save your self the headache and please take your business else where because this was the worse experience I’ve had with a company. I hope Jane that works for this company receives some lessons on customer service.
