A friend of mine wanted to rent a car. She had all paperwork and information in order. Enterprise called her near 4 o'clock on a Friday to tell her that something went wrong and she would not be able to rent the car; they closed at 6. I was in Topeka when she called me around 4:15 with little time to change our plans. I tried to rent a car from the Topeka Enterprise branch, but because of such short notice they were all booked. I proceeded to give the phone representative, Hanna, my information. She was very short over the phone and did not try to work with us at all. Mind you, it was an error on their part, and my friend had this planned way in advance. Fortunately, I was able to book the car, but I had to rush to make it to Manhattan to make pick up on time. Again, because of their mistake. My friend got there and waited patiently. She told them I would be there as soon as possible. Hanna was rude to her, and told her that they would be closing soon and were not going to wait for me to get there. I arrived a little after 6 (would have made it before but there was tons of construction on Stagg Hill). Though it was a very negative experience, Terrell did everything in his power to salvage the situation. He waited for me to get there, was friendly and professional. He in no way was the problem, thus should not be included with Hanna's behavior. Had I not been able to book the car or if I was any further than Topeka, we would not have been able to rent a car for our trip. When we returned the car, I was told that Hanna works the phones a lot, and this did not sound like her first grievance. I would like to thank Terrell for his professionalism and being so wonderful, even staying a few minutes past close on a Friday to work with us. Hanna's attitude over the phone and in person was not acceptable and we were extremely put off by her and her unwillingness to help a situation that was Enterprise's fault.

I really enjoyed the service I received. The young lady that helped me was so sweet, professional and informative. She really connected with me and had a very pleasant attitude. Once I brought the car back, there was a different lady that assisted me and she was just as polite and respectful as the first. I was also surprised that the first young lady remembered me and asked how my weekend went, which was awesome...U HIGHLY RECOMMEND this agency and I will DEFINITELY be back to rent from them again.

The worst car rental company. I booked 5 times with relative confirmation but for all 5 times they called me to tell me that the rental was not available until the following day or even the next week '!!!! Simply SCANDAL, SHAMEFUL. TO AVOID FOR LOSS OF TIME, MONEY AND MORE .... If I could have put zero stars I would have done it

They ruined my business trip!nCame there,they just said”we dont have car for you”n(Which I booked)!nnNo other options,no other offers,no apologies,nothing.nnIts a small town,unfortunately there is not many choices,but this office is so incompetent.nI lost 3 business meetings because of them!
