Enterprise Rent-A-Car

They changed their business hours and didn’t even bother to let existing reservations know about new operating hours. Now I don’t have a rental.

Take the time to drive a few more minutes and rent from the airport location. Johnny is the manager there and make it a priority of his to serve you with the best customer service. I have been renting from them for almost 2 years on a regular basis and have been happy with their service.

The rental car counter has one job: give keys to existing reservations and take their money. This company failed to honor my reservation despite it being in the system and decided to close before their posted hours.nnMy flight was the last one of the day and it even arrived early. They took it upon themselves to ignore two reservations (mine and another customer) and leave us stranded at the airport. If you respect good customer service, courtesy, and reliability DO NOT book using these people. Enterprise/Alamo/National share the same counter.nnA quick look at the other reviews will show a pattern of their no-shows. Even the airport staff sympathized with my situation, stating this happens all the time.

Closed when planes have arrived. Would give zero stars if possible.

I wouldn't recommend them if you are flying in on a weekend, counter help is pretty sketchy. I have had a couple instances where they never showed, called corporate they recommended I go to Kansas City. It would have been a hell of a walk. I have had one successful rental from there but I had to show up to the counter at three different times hoping somebody would show up. 1 out of 3 not a great record. Have asked managers to call me during the week have never received one.
