Alamo Rent A Car

The rental car counter has one job: give keys to existing reservations and take their money. This company failed to honor my reservation despite it being in the system and decided to close before their posted hours.nnMy flight was the last one of the day and it even arrived early. They took it upon themselves to ignore two reservations (mine and another customer) and leave us stranded at the airport. If you respect good customer service, courtesy, and reliability DO NOT book using these people. Enterprise/Alamo/National share the same counter.

compared! Lady was horrendous that helped us! Said we couldnt rent a car unless we had proof of flight and major credit card! Ridiculous! We had credit card and cash, no flight, we live here. Omg, she was the rudest person in retail I've ever dealt with! Huffing, puffing disgusted attitude. To tell us were waiting her time! Ugh! Never, ever deal with these people! We rent cars all the time by the way. Grrr!

Rented a car for about 2 weeks, the gentleman at the counter was very nice. I even had to extend my reservation and they gave me no problems.

The company representative is almost never at the counter. Waited for 1.5 hrs return a car.
