The representative, Tammy, gave misleading information. Became very rude and was impossible to work with. She told me one thing then changed her mind and refused to accept other proof that she said would work. Kept bragging about the value of the cars. Threatened to call the cops. Horrible customer service experience. Not apologetic or understanding to the situation, just refused to help and lied. If she had told me the same information when I first went in the whole situation could have been avoided instead of waiting until I needed the vehicle to tell me no.

I have just witnessed (2) TWO of the BEST employees Budget Car Rental can offer AMY and TIKKA who are employees at the Hutchinson,KS. Budget Car Rental Offfice.. They did everything in their power to make some important last minute adjustments for two customers who are attending a family reunion in Los Angeles,CA. They made the first stage of the journey easier by their effort. Service with a smile is not easy to find these days, BUT! it is still there from these two STELLAR PERFORMANCE EMPLOYEES of BUDGET CAR RENTAL - AMY and TIKKA - of HUTCHINSON,KS. Thank You Gals So Much for the hard work!!! D.N.A. - a regular customer of Budget.

Despite having a very bad experience dealing with car insurance after an accident. My experience at Budget today was very good. Tika ( I hope I spelled that correctly) was especially exceptional. I was very stressed and upset trying to rent a car through insurance after being in an accident. The accident was the other driver's fault so I was working with their insurance and the process of renting the car was far from easy. Even though I was very upset and had to come back twice to finish the rental. The woman who helped me was extremely kind and understanding, she offered very kind words and she did everything she could to make things as easy as possible. I was able to get a rental and I am very grateful for her assistance today.
