Best service ever, my son and I gots stranded traveling the night before Christmas Eve, 10 hours from home, and 2 hours from where we were going... they were able to get me set up with a rental car after hours and my 4 yr old son and I were able to make it to our family for Christmas... then they were able to set up up with a car to get back to Texas since my cars engine was shot. Top notch service, almost worth breaking down just to go see them... ;)

They were very efficient. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

My insurance company had me go through them to rent a car while mine is being fixed due to an accident. They were absolutely horrible to work with and so rude. I never knew it would be so difficult to get a car rented. The guy I talked to acted like he was annoyed that I even called. He had no manners and made me feel like I was bothering him. Needless to say I ended up having to go through Enterprise to get a car because I couldn’t get anyone to call me back or call my insurance company back. I don’t recommend anyone to bother trying with this place.

Got laughed at for asking if there were any cars available while our fuel pump went out in the middle of a 14 hour trip. Terrible service.
