Fireman Transport is at the top of the non emergent transportation business in the KC metro area. I’ve worked in the business for 8 years for different companies and I can honestly say that nobody is better than Matthew & Fireman Transport. This company is the best at the 3 most important things in the business. Those things are safety, customer service & reliability. I’d recommend no one else.
I am a medical social worker and have used multiple companies to provide transportation for my patients. Fireman Transport is always my first call. When I changed employers I requested a contract with this company as Fireman Transport surpasses expectations. The staff are personable with who they transport and show empathy. They have also helped me in situations where I didn’t know how I was going to make it work. The owner of the company and his wife are easy and great to work with as well!
Mat was very easy to work with. He was on time, polite and very easy to talk to. I would highly recommend Mat and Fireman Transport to anyone needing your service. Thank you for the great assistance and help getting me to the Doctor.
They were on time, courteous and acted very professional. Took great care of my son on his trip to the hospital. Their van was new and clean with all the equipment required to get the job done. Would highly recommend them 5 stars all the way.
They were called to help transport my husband home instead of a rehab center where he would have been alone due to the times. We were so grateful for there service because he was ready to come home even though he was gravely ill. They had challenges but we're prepared to deal with them. He was all smiles as they brought him into the house comfortably. What a great group to work with.
