Great customer service. The young man that picked me up was extremely personable and pleasant. Front desk service was fast and efficient.

Made a reservation, when I got there they told me they had 0 cars available
Unfortunately, I have to give 1 star, but I wish I could give zero. This location confirmed a reservation for a 15 passenger van for an 8am pick up and then conveniently failed to mention their location doesn’t even stock 15 passenger vans. We were then given a phone number to call that didn’t work and were sent to a different location in HOPES they had a van. Horrible experience. I will never recommend this location.
