Very fast service. Super clean cars, great collection of cars with reasonable prices. Also, very very friendly staff. My rental place from this point out. I don’t have to wait outside to be served the cold like Enterprise does....

Wow, this place was phenomenal. It was my first experience ever needing a rental due to an accident I had just been in and the staff here made it easy for me to get what I needed during a stressful time. They were professional but also personable. I recommend this place to anyone that needs a rental, will definitely be sending anyone I know here. Thank you guys for being awesome!

The customer service was phenomenal!! We went to the Olathe Kansas location and Melissa was such a a blessing! She was professional and helpful and most if all Patient! We Will recommend to all our friends! Thank you so much!

We were in from out of town, and there was an issue with our reservation made through one of those third-party online reservation companies. The team at the Olathe Avis was able to work with us to get things resolved, and took great care of us! We will definitely go through them again next time we are in Olathe!

Check-in process took a long time. Representative finally had to upgrade my car, because original car wouldn't work in Avis' computer system. However, upgrade (to Chevy Traverse), was nice, and people were friendly.
