I was in a real pinch on Nov 6 and I spoke to Tom at Budget in this location. Tom was great to deal with! Not pushy at all and gave me a heck of a good deal with a rental. The car I received was a brand new Jeep Cherokee with 4k miles. I also had to pick up another 1 way rental on Nov. 10th. Tom assured me there would be a car for me on Nov. 10th to drop off in Des Moines which there was. The process was incredibly smooth and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes on both instances. Great Experience for sure!
Was going to rent a sports car. Arrived first thing in the morning to find out that I had to have full coverage on my own insurance and $1,000 deposit neither I was told about. Even purchasing their insurance would not have covered it. Could not transfer anything. Had to cancel the entire rental at the start of a vacation.
My experience with budget was positive the agent was friendly and extremely helpful.

Gave my license and credit card! Walked out checked over vehicle. Came back in signed paperwork and then some lady calls and says she can’t verify an address??? I’m from out of town what address are you verifying?? I am starting to think I’ve been a victim of credit card theft!!! Because the little boy behind the counter called someone giving information off my credit card and verified that I was approved!! And then denied me the rental..
