DO NOT RENT FROM HERTZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!nWorst Experience Ever!! Will Never Rent again!nnBooked a car online for a trip, paid for car ahead of time because it was cheaper. Went to go pick up car at the location the online system told me, that location was closed. Went to next nearest location, people there were rude and not helpful at all. Basically told me we can't do anything for you, would not call around for cars, would not do a single thing! So I had to call around to all the other locations looking for a car. No one had the car I already paid for and booked. So I had to settle for a compact and because I paid online no refunds were issued and I had to call to get a refund and they did not refund the difference. This was the worst time i have ever had in renting a car. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!nSAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT RENT FROM HERTZ!!!!

The customer service is not good. The 2 gentleman that work there act like they truly hate being there and do not want to do anything more than what they have to. I brought my husband back in as I was told he needed to be there to be put on the reservation as a driver. They asked for his insurance card and also a credit card. We told them that it's the same insurance and same card. They still insisted on needing them. Finally a woman came out and said they don't since they have USAA for insurance. Which we had told them to begin with. The lady said they were in training. I just now called to find out about extending my return date by a few hours. I was put on hold, then eventually asked for my number to call me back. It's been an hour. I just called, rang twice and someone answered no voice and then hung up. This happened twice. I actually need another week of a rental but REFUSE to do business with this location every again. The inside was dirty and filthy too.

Customer service was the absolute worst I've ever rented from. I should've known when I tried calling and the guy put me on hold infinitely and never came back on the line. So I made a reservation online, when I called to let them know I was on my way to pick it up at 3:45 pm on a Thursday, he responded that we close at 4 pm. I knew I was cutting it close thats why I was calling. Also I paid for a week. And I asked if there was a penalty for returning the rental early? I was informed that there was no penalty. They failed to mention that they also would take out a $200.00 deposit. But I dealt with it. I returned the caron Sunday before noon. And they still charged me for a full week. And I haven't seen my $200 deposit refunded to my bank acct. Yet. I am going to call AAA, because they only gave me a 10% discount to begin with. This was by far the very worst rental car experience I have ever had. Enterprise is who I usually use, and after this experience I will NEVER rent at HERTZ again.

The service was really cool and there was more than just 1 worker present. I did have an issue w/the rental car though, but managed to make it back from my trip safely!!
