Put in a quote here got a quote the next morning called about the quote and as soon as I did they were telling me as I was on the phone that it was all sold out that quickly I definitely think that they should let you reserve them first so that you have a chance to fill out all the paperwork before just doing what they do I think they would have better customer

If you are searching for 12-15 passenger sprinter, stop your search and work with Suburban Car Rental. Off the charts good. They work hard for you, provide the cleanest, newest vehicle with all the amenities! All at an affordable price too! Deb will treat you like family!

Suburban Car Rental made it easy to get the perfect van for our family to enjoy our holiday weekend together. The Mercedes van was a joy to drive and everyone enjoyed the comfort, including the big TV!

Absolutely terrible return experience. Terrible customer service and communication. Would never work with this company again and will be sure to make sure all of my friends and clients are aware as well. After renting for 2 weeks and driving 3200 miles, the windshield had a small chip in it (and another that was already filled). I specifically requested that I be given the opportunity to allow my insurance to repair as they require the renter to have their own insurance which is also specifically listed on the contract. Debra even specifically stated that I could file my own claim and pay my fees to the insurance to cover. Instead they went ahead and replaced the windshield and charged my credit card 313.00 without even contacting me or sending me an invoice. TERRIBLE customer service.

I highly recommend Suburban Car Rental! The customer service is FANTASTIC, and the business really fills a niche by providing luxury transportation for mid-size groups (and the option to rent it yourself or hire a driver). Very easy to work with, and both the van rental and our driver were very impressive! I recommend them without hesitation!
