Warning 0 stars!! Beware to take photos or video of the inside and outside of any vehicle you rent from Enterprise. Enterprise does not inspect their vehicles well for existing damages then tries to make current renters responsible for the damage when the customer drops off the vehicle.nFirst of all, enterprise has not been having customers write down damages on a paper car diagram prior to taking the car. Therefore, there is no record of the damages when rented. Enterprise dropped off a rental car at an auto body shop for my daughter to rent while her car was repaired and the enterprise guy only walked my daughter around one side of the vehicle to check for any damage before they left it with her. My daughter didn't know she needed to check the inside of the vehicle for damages nor did the enterprise guy tell her to or provide any documentation for her to list any damage. The vehicle ended up having bad tires which air pressure could only get up to 27 air pressure on all 4 tires. My daughter had to take the vehicle back and get another rental from enterprise. Enterprise Manager Tyler Stenzel called my daughter back after 4 hours of her switching out the car rental and said he needed her insurance due to damages to the cars AC vents on the dash. My daughter hadn't touched the vents yet one vent was cracked an another vent had fell off Tyler told her. It was obvious Tyler wanted to charge this to my daughters insurance because they had missed this in a previous inspection. My daughter was so upset I had to do a 3 way call with her and Tyler to try to reason with Tyler. At the start of the discussion I let Tyler know I was speaking on my daughters behalf and she announced that she was on the phone too. I let Tyler know that my daughter would not be providing her insurance for damages to the car vents that she didn't brake and that the only reason she was renting the car was because the person that hit her personal vehicle paid for the rental with his insurance. I let him know that if enterprise had inspected the car initially they would not have given it to my daughter with almost all flat tires let alone the AC vents being broke. Tyler instantly said let me cut you off right there and then rudely preceeded to tell me what he had to do in filing an insurance claim for the damage to the AC vents and that I should not be yelling at him. I then told him I wasn't yelling and that we were frustrated. I asked for his boss's name and he said he was not obligated to provide me that and I asked for his last name and he again told me he was not obligated to provide it to me. He said that we may as well end the call because I wasn't willing to give him what he wanted and he wasn't willing to give me what I wanted. I asked to speak to another person even and he refused to oblige me. I then told Tyler that I would eventually find out his last name and his boss's name anyway so he needed to provide it to us. He said he was going to end the call because we were not getting anywhere. I hung up at that point and contacted another enterprise location that provided me their Area Managers name Nick Edling and their customer complaint number. Later I checked these reviews and noticed Tyler's full name was mentioned in another review. Of course the review was a 1 star review of how rude Tyler was to the customer. Tyler has no level of professionalism, I have been with my company for 29 years and never experienced such arrogance, condescending, ill mannered behavior in my life. Tyler was snickering at us during the call and even had the nerve to state how does he know my daughter didn't brake those vents? What a jerk!! Tyler didn't even care that enterprise didn't do a proper inspection of the car with my daughter. He didn't apologize for the frustration this caused my daughter and he didn't seem to care of the impression he was leaving with a lifetime customer. I will never rent from Enterprise or refer anyone to them ever!! Yes this incident was formally reported and communicated to Nick Edling Area Manager for Enterprise KC.

The staff at the Neiman location north of SM Pkwy is fantastic. I needed to pick up a car for a few days because the company I recently purchased a car from failed to get me the title before my temporary tags expired. So because they could not issue a new temp tag, they offered to pay for a rental until I’d have time to register my car (once I received the title).nnMy check out experience was pleasant, quick and easy. He called me ahead of time to confirm the pick up and had everything ready to go when I arrived. My return experience was a little crazier, but not due to Enterprise. In fact, the staff went out of their way to inform me of changes to the rental agreement (which took place at 4pm on a Friday, the new day I was to return the car or keep it at my own expense). Changes that they didn’t make, but as soon as they were aware, they contacted me to be sure I had seen it and even apologized for the short notice (2 hours. And not their fault.). The actual return process was, once again, pleasant, quick and easy. I'll start there next time... and every time... I need to rent a car for any reason!

Unbelievable. I had a reservation for ONE day. No one told me I had to have an extra $$$$. I asked them to split between cards. Nope. Give me a break on $40 of the deposit. Nope. I stood in the heat because they don't have their lobby open. Absolutely worst experience ever and I will never recommend this place to anyone nor attempt to use it.

I just went to try and switch out the rental I have. The guy told me he needed to talk to his manager to see if they have anything available. The manager came back and said everything they have has already been rented out. After feeling like they were lying to me I had my husband call up there to see if they had and vehicles available and the guys said yes. So obviously they are willing to lie to their customers.

Took a little longer than expected. But all in all really good service. Will be renting from them again.
