I’m consistently late getting to school because the drivers never get to my house on time to pick me up. I typically have to wait 20-30 minutes past my pickup time for them to get me.nUpdate: this morning I waited 41 minutes past my pickup time and my driver didn’t even seem to care. This is my second day in a row being late to school. I’m not happy with the company.

I cannot say enough great things about this company! I regularly schedule trips for a disabled client - everyone I have encountered has been competent and extremely efficient - so easy to work with. And although I have not met any of the drivers, my client reports to me often how kind and gracious they are with her - it means more than you could ever know!!
