Manager was very friendly and helpful. And when our trip was cancelled, he helped my folks get a partial refund.nThe car was really nice.

Completed registration online and paid 2 weeks in advance, arrive for pickup and I was told that I could not rent a vehicle because I did not have a credit card though my debit card was charged with no problem. Horrible experience and I will not be back.nnAgain this is becoming even more of a horrible experience, I would not recommend this business to anyone.nnAfter a few days trying to better this situation, I was finally able to get in contact with the corporate social media department and they did refund my payment. But I am still out the cab fee to and from the location. I still do not recommend.

This Avis location is really exceptional, clean car, great service and very warm welcomed, the manager(Munim) has great enthusiastic. Enjoyed a fantastic experience with the manager . Great manager and when our schedule ran into problems he was super-helpful. He waited us almost one hours after he closed store. Would definitely look them up again if we return.

They didn't even give me a chance to fill out the damages part, he just ripped his copy off and said don't worry you can do that outside and it will save you a trip back in and of course I was stuck with damages. He took his copy of that form before even discussing it. The car smelled like a chain smoker Ill never rent from avis or recommend it to anyone. They also charged everything to my personal card and not the comant card it was booked by.
