Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I’m quite a regular here since I don’t own a car yet.nn1. We were so satisfied with the service here (as always). Chris was very helpful & friendly. He was so happy to assist and clarify any questions we had. HE IS THE BEST SERVICE WE COULD EVER ASK FOR!! :)nn2. Joshua was assisting me this time. He was super polite & able to provide all good recommendations! He was friendly & enthusiastic to clarify anything I asked.nnWill be back for sure!! ;)

I needed a car to use and I did not have a reservation. My own car was in fornunscheduled service and had to be kept 4 days. I called the Enterprise location in Merriam, KS to inquire if they had any premium cars available. I was told yes, not a problem. I get someone to pick me up from the repair shop and took me to that location. When I arrived there were at least 3 other customers waiting to get cars. It was very hot outside and no one was allowed to go inside. There was no social distancing enforced with marks on the sidewalk showing in which direction the traffic should flow. There were only 2 reps working the customers. Finally, I asked why there was no seating available, and Inwas told because of COVID-19 no one can sitninside the building. I am handicapped and cannot stand for any length of time. I had tonask for a chair to be brought outside for me, and that is NOT the way to get return business. You most definitely need to allow customers inside and if you need to sanitize periodically during the day that’s part of doing business. You also need a manager to be in charge placing chairs inside appropriately spaced and spaces clearly marked on the sidewalk outside in order to not have total confusion over who will be served next. When it was finally my turn, I told the agent that I had called and gave the agents name that I spoke with. Needless to say there were no premium cars available because they couldn’t let one out “just in case it was on a reservation”. I am a Enterprise Plus Member and have rented exclusively with Enterprise in many cities. In thenpast, the agent would look at the reservations and be able to tell what class of car had been reserved. I was eventually put in a full size that had just driven in on a return. It was cleaned up, but I did NOT get to do a walk around. It was just presented to me and the agent said he walked around it. It was equally as much a zoo when I returned the car. I was in a customer service job for 30 years and I can guarantee we did NOT treat our customers this way. Not a positive experience for this long term customer.

We rented a 7 passenger van for our trip to the Smokies. Van was awesome with all kinds of hidden storage areas that came in useful. Our service was really good. Only had a little wait when we returned the vehicle. Overall it was very satisfying. Can't wait to take another trip.

I spent the morning purchasing a car from Enterprisecarsales.com and turning in a rental car.nAll of the people in both the sales side and rental side were courteous and helpful. The salesman, Craig Mueller, was especially helpful. I bought a car from them 11 years ago and will go there in the years ahead.nPrices were very reasonable and explanations were presented professionally.

Great place to rent a car from, friendly knowledgeable and the price was right!
