Where do I begin? Most likely with Benjamin and the level of service that he provided. He was genuine and it was a quick exchange. Both at pick-up and drop off whether it was Sanka or one of his employees, the level of service at this location is impeccable. I've recently had to rent a vehicle because mine was having some mechanical issues. While I don't expect to rent anytime soon, I will definitely look forward to renting with Avis and this location again. The rates were great and the most cost effective when I compared them with two other rental companies. The cars were great, clean and well maintained. Keep this rental company and location in mind the next time you are in need of a rental car.nnWe recently made a trip to Colorado for a low-key and socially distanced vacation. We knew our family needed a full size SUV and were happy to know that Avis had a one available for us. From the first moment I stepped into the lobby, I am reminded why I choose Avis and this Metcalf location specifically, because of Sanka and his genuine friendly demeanor. We were happy with our rental vehicle and look forward to the next time we can book a car with this location.

Great price, great vehicle. Location is bare-bones but not an issue.

They had cars the morning of 7/3 where another national chain did not. Phone rep secured me a discount when I had nothing going for me. Paperwork simple and fast. Price reasonable if you don't get the collision damage waiver (approx 30 a day).
