They charged my bank twice and won’t give me any sort of discount because they send half of it back witch is pending but takes 5 days to reach back so if you don’t have double your rental for the week after go somewhere else

Awful. Woman on the phone told me something completely different, and when I went in and quoted her the desk man was immediately very rude to me. I wasn’t being mean or anything and was just met with snarky comments right off the bat by the employee named Brad. And I wasn’tr the only person who had issues with him...everyone in line had some problem dealing with him and I just couldn’t believe how rude and condescending he was being. The manager that I eventually had to talk to was nice and professional though. Hertz needs to get their affairs in order...something is up if everyone in line has a problem!

I had a good experience with Hertz. They let me park my car onsite when I rented one for a trip. Staff were very friendly. The check In process was seamless. I did have to wait for a while to get checked in but that was my only complaint.

Five stars for service! I rented a car for last weekend for a super long drive. And the drop off location is from Southeast. I anticipated the price would be expensive. But it was cheap. And I got a vehicle which was very clean and in great condition. Guy who worked in the morning of 31st March was super helpful. Customer service was top notch. I will definitely do my business with you guys again. Thanks for such an amazing experience!
