Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Overall had a great experience but I do wish if the location I pick up from is going to be closed the day I schedule my pick up that they would either not allow me to reserve for that or call me prior to 3pm the day before. It all worked out and they took care of me but that could have been a disaster.

Very accommodating and easy to work with.

Excellent customer service! This is my second time using them. This time: I rented a vehicle, drove it a bit, and realized that it wasn't going to work for me. After calling and asking if I could change, they quickly got me switched to another vehicle with no extra charge.

The only problem I had was.. I was lied to I was told that I could pay the deposit with cash by one agent then I go in the next day to get the car and another agent told me they don't take cash only credit check or money order and that with check or money order it could take up to 2 weeks longer.
