Terrible!!! No one was there during business hours and it was obvious they didn't care. The lady working for the airport called someone from Hertz and he just said he couldn't help us. My friend had called the day before to try to reserve a car and the person she spoke with said that wasn't necessary to do ahead of time and to come in anyday between 8a-5p to get a rental. We were there on a Wed at 3p and no one was working ud83dude20 I only gave 1 star because 0 stars was not an option
Very nice customer service. Answers my questions fully and it’s great that there’s no answering machine or robot when calling, you can speak directly to a real person !
Couldn't tell you much but they got some nice vehicles up there how much it cost to rent I couldn't say
I had a great experience at Hertz Dodge City Airport. Picking up my keys was a very quick process. I was in my car in a few minutes. The car was very clean and worked great with no issues. Upon returning the car, an employee met me immediately and I was on my way within seconds. Overall a great experience.
