Amanda made the whole rentacar/dealing with insurance thing tolerable!! Great service
Did not have a reservation but pulled up to their location this morning to rent a vehicle for the day and they were closed. 8:40 am. Went down the road to a competitor and had a vehicle for less money in 5 minutes. Will never stop here again.
The customer service here is fantastic. Brittany called a few days in advance to confirm my reservation and called the day after I was in the vehicle to make sure I was doing fine.
