They need to explain how this works alittle better. We had the credit card but wanted to pay with cash which they would accept. So they lost a sale. Plus the young man was very rude.needs to.be taught customer service.

The Lawrence, KS branch of Enterprise is the best. Literally, the best. Ive endured all Enterprise branches from all 48 states and this one has the best staff of all of them. If i were CEO i'd make this my flagship example of how every office should run. Do not hesitate, don't fall into the Avis trap - ignore Hertz (DOA) and Budget? only dead people rent from Budget. Get on this LFK Enterprise tip STAT.

Wonderful experience throughout! I needed a pick up truck to help my daughter (living in a different state) move. The vehicle was clean and perfect for our purpose. Stewart, from the Lawrence location, called me to confirm the pick up arrangements a few days in advance and was also on site when I picked up and returned the vehicle. He was professional and very personable. I highly recommend the Lawrence Enterprise location!

They are basically the only car rental I use. They've always been fair on prices over the other rental companies. They have a nice selection of rentals. I've gotten only good customer service. Always a clean store too.
