Great experience! We rented an suv for a road trip to the Grand Canyon and it was perfect. Car was spotless and had no problems. So great for Winfield. We are under 25 and they did not pile on a bunch of fees or extras, also they did not have a car for us so we got upgraded for no charge. Great customer service!

I called about a rental reservation that was set up by my insurance company. Someone name Austin answered the phone, nasty disposition from the start; not helpful; not friendly and very unprofessional. I would not want austin answering the phone at my business.

I see a steady flow of Enterprise cars moving in and out of the Winfield location so they are obviously doing something right. The crew there pays attention to details. They do such a good job for me (I rent quite often) that I brought back a slab of ribs for them when I returned my vehicle.
