Avis Car Rental

Great vehicle. Picked up early with no problem. Answered all of my questions. After hours drop off was nice for returning the vehicle on Thanksgiving.

I have rented through AVIS a few times before and I always have amazing service. I will only rent through AVIS from here on out. The people are always nice.

Price was comparable to others. Good hours of operation. The young lady at time of my pickup was personable and professional. Downtown Omaha location. She deserves recognition.

The first vehicle we picked up was not very clean. It smelled heavily of smoke and was not really vacuumed, the dash and all the things you touch (radio, gear shift, door handles, Steering wheel) did not looked wiped down. You could see all the finger prints on everything. I keep non alcohol sanitizing wipes in my purse so I wiped down what I could before leaving. I do like how Avis was very understanding when we called with car trouble and it was easy to get a vehicle swap that same day. Spent some time talking to different people but was overall satisfied with the rental experience.

Cars are always clean and well maintained. Checking in and out is very simple. Never had a problem.
