As always, Enterprise’s customer service is topnnotch. Even when there’s a wait, they will acknowledge you. The steps to finalize the rental whether picking up or dropping off is efficient and painless. The reps are always gracious, energetic and knowledgeable. I can tell they enjoy what they do and it’s not just a “job” I appreciate my experience every time I rent a car and will always recommend your company to family and friends!

Car was great - clean, low milesnCheck in was rough - 2 attendants trying to service multiple rental companies and a lot of arrivals. They hustled but it took way longer than what I'm used to. Chalking this up to COVID.
