I had a great experience in my last rental and I was happy for the upgrade at no charge as well. Great car, very clean, and friendly staff. Easy return. Thank you.

I was given a Ford without a spare tire. The windshield washer was out of fluid. When attempting to disconnect my phone from the car's blue tooth, I had to pull over on the highway. It was too complicated & the blue tooth kept forcing the pairing with my phone. Based on this experience, I recommend Avis no longer rent Ford vehicles.

One of best experiences I have had with a car rental company! Process from pick up to drop off was seemless. Our flight arrived earlier than our pick up time and agent was thoughtful enough to alert us of the cost difference if we brought car back earlier on return. Car was clean and sanitized and a fairly newer car. Very happy and will def rent from Avis again.

I have had a horrendous experience with the roadside assistance team as well as customer service. When my car broke down, i had a horrible time getting roadside assistance to do their job. Their system didn't accurately show all the locations near me that a replacement vehicle could be retrieved and they didn't fill out the paperwork properly, prohibiting dispatch from being able to send a tow truck to retrieve the vehicle. They didn't communicate with me at all to let me know that there were any issues and I didn't discover that until an hour after I initially called. After two additional phone calls with two other representatives, we finally got the tow truck arranged that took another 1 1/2 hrs to arrive, almost midnight. I had to wait until the next day to pick up my new vehicle. This experience occurred during one of the most important days in my life, my son's wedding, and resulted in a serious amount of stress, agitation, and anger and prevented me from really being able to enjoy the celebrations. Not only that, it was a serious inconvenience for out of town family that were either stuck without a vehicle as my rental broke down or those that sat with the car into the middle of the night or had to drive me to pick up the car the next day. Additionally, when I contacted customer service to rectify the matter, I got the run around, promised phone calls that didn't get returned, and not adequately compensated for my horrific experience. I will not rent from Avis again, nor any of my family, as we don't feel we can trust them. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

Have had charges applied for Sirius XM service did not work; no credit applied.nHave been overcharged for rentals due to Agent extending to incorrect date.nRecently had charge applied for a rental I didn't use, and Agent-Tyler upgrade a vehicle. Claimed there was a pending unpaid charged that was never paid although I continued to rent. Unable to reach anyone in Billing/Collections or Customer Service regarding matter. Customer Service (NON US, DO NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH). Do not respond in a timely manner to calls -either long hold times, hung up on or go to voicemail. Emails not responded to in a timely manner over 48 hours or more to receive a stock response.
