Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Customer service was great. It was a quick and easy process to get the car and be on my way. Only negative thing: the last few cars I’ve rented have been heavily smoked in. My understanding is that they are non smoking, but that’s far from accurate.

I made a reservation for a mid size sedan a week prior to when I was to drop my car off at the body shop. Enterprise was to pick me up from the shop at 9AM. First problem was they didn't. A man from the body shop dropped me off at Enterprise instead at 9:50. Second problem was at 11:00 Enterprise said they didn't have a mid size sedan, but I was was being upgraded to a Dodge Ram 1500 pickup at no charge. The last problem was my wife and I are in our sixties and had difficulty getting into the truck. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Pick up and drop off was effortless. Car was upgraded from original booking. Staff was fast and efficient. Rent from this location often. Always had a positive experience.

It was super easy to reserve online. Pick up was super quick and so was the return. Car was very clean, smelled good and it appeared to be well taken care of.

Ed picked me up from a location to take me to the Enterprise in Council Bluffs. He took care in his driving ability and etiquette, which showed the care he took in displaying a good reputation for his company. He was very kind and respectful during the ride between locations and was overall very pleasant - excellent customer service.
