Van jr49 whom ever is driving it today shouldn’t be working for you. On their phone while driving down university ave today. I would say your driver/drivers need to be a little more careful. If they need to be calling or texting for some reason that they need to be pulled over somewhere to do it rather than driving down the street.

Witnessed one of their drivers make a turn with pedestrians (mother and child) in a crosswalk during icy conditions. When I called in, staff who answered the call seemed like I was inconveniencing them by calling to alert them of the illegal and unsafe behavior of their driver. Sounds to me like a culture of inconsiderate behavior and bad attitudes is prevalent in this company.

Best serviced I've ever encountered. The drivers are kind, polite, curtious ,on time, and have a great since of humor. I'm a very happy person after my ride with them. Joy Ride is truly what the name says.

I would reccomend this company to anybody who needs transport service.
