Do not rent carsf this location. I'll never rent from hertz again because of this locations manager . We rented a white jeep cherokee that the sensors were malfunctioning on. When I returned it I told the front desk girl about the issue she was friendly, but then the manager came out said did you fill the car up with gas, if not you will have to. Offered a $25 Hertz gift card for issues, instead of saying for your inconvienance don't worry a out filling car back up with gas. So he made me go put gas in car and bring it back. I felt like he tried to make me feel bad for the issues the car had. I did. It except gift card and instead told them I am done doing business with them. They need a manager in there that knows how to treat customers. I will never do. Business there again.

In this time of covid - we got great service, a good price, and a thoroughly cleaned and sanitized car. Thanks Hertz!

Rented the vehicle over two weeks ago and still have a deposit pending on my credit card... Called the location multiple times and they said my credit card company had to release the deposit... Called my credit card company and they of course said that if Hertz charged the card it is there responsibility to refund the deposit... Called Hertz corporate and they said the deposit should be refunded on Tuesday, it is now Friday and still no returned deposit... On top of the billing issues the vehicle had a check engine light on a few hours after I picked up the vehicle. There are better options than Hertz!

My wife and I were going to Dallas to visit her brother. We had originally checked out a Jeep Cherokee/equivalent. When we got to the office to pick it up, it had no passenger lumbar controls and was very uncomfortable. Skyler put us in an impala and it was absolutely perfect. It had multiple power adjustments for the passenger and my wife was very comfortable for the trip. He was very understanding and made sure we were comfortable with the vehicle. He also made suggestions on other vehicles, but the impala was perfect! Kudos to Skyler. We just appreciated Skyler so much. He made sure we were happy. Thank you Skyler for your great attitude and willingness to work with us.

I may be changing this rating by the time I return the vehicle.. so far I'm not impressed. I was able to reserve a rental to be picked up within the hour which was nice. I reserved a full size option for my work gear for the week. My truck was totalled a few days ago. The first car they gave me was a Toyota Corolla and was way too small for me. My knees were against the wheel, my head would hit the ceiling every time I hit the brakes, etc. I was able to switch to a Kia Soul which has WAY more room at the mid size level. The steering feels off though, it will randomly pull to either side while driving on a straight away. I was checking my card account and was charged $200 more than the reservation. When I called I was told that's a hold that they keep until the vehicle is returned. No where was that stated on their site, or the reservation, and no one told me that either time I was in their store. Again, not impressed so far.
