The training for staff is amazing. The staff demonstrate integrity and caring for the clients. As a new employee it is a great place to work.
I can understand why Link has so many job openings and so much turn over ratio. They're horrible. If you have a name or dress really classy then you will be considered for a job there. If you have knowledge of individuals that need care well then you're out of luck. They want to hire the worst of the worst there.
