Avis Car Rental

This place is great! Been using them for the last year when I come home to visit. They are friendly and professional. Cars are always clean with a full gas tank. They usually offer me a free upgrade too. And the best part is it's right around the corner from the house. I will continue doing business here as long as they continue to give great service. :)

It was awful, I made reservations on the phone for a Toyota Camry going to Colorado, was planning on dropping it off when I got there, when I went to pick up my rental she tried to put me in a mini van, and when I explained that I was told I would get a sedan, she first said no one brought their rentals back today, then I pointed out the Camry sitting in their parking lot with Indiana plates on it she then switched up and said I was down as a one way trip and they don't let you take a Camry or sedan at all on a one way trip, wasn't told that when I made the reservation and when I said if that's the case why does that Camry have Indiana plates on it, when we are in Iowa, obviously that car was rented to a person making a one trip or it wouldn't be in iowa it would have been returned to Indiana. She was very rude and wasn't willing to give me want I reserved. I will never ever use this company again. Also tonight is when I found out that Avis and Budget car rental is the same company. I have had some really bad customer service but this girl beat them all, if I could give them negative stars I would.

Amazing place to rent! Always kind service. Variety of cars. They accommodate you the best way they can. I won't rent a car from any other place! The process is very smooth!

This place is great! Customers service amazing very welcoming! Cars are clean second time renting a car there and I must say I'll definitely recommend.

We switched to a bigger car in a different state for our road trip. No hassle exchanging it made it nice while traveling.
