Budget Car Rental

This place was the best car rental service in Des Moines. Every other rental company was rude or didn’t have the right vehicles. As for Laura Slavin I have no idea what you are talking about, it might have been your attitude that lead to the service representative speaking with you that way. I feel that if you don’t have the knowledge or skills to be respectful to others then you should consider not renting from this location.

The worst customer service ever. I called the local location for my reservation she was clueless, could offer no resolutions. No Manager available to speak to. Just awful. Kim the Budget representative you need to learn better phone skills, just hanging up on a customer is not good business when the customer says thank you and bye and you hang up.

This place was amazing to work with. My car was in the shop and what I thought was going to be only a few days turned into almost 2 weeks. I kept calling and asking if I could extend over the phone. Made it so easy. And then in the end they gave me the best rate possible without any hidden fees. Thank you!!!

This place is great!!! Aziz and his staff really go out of their way to help you!!! I highly recommend!!!!!! Never a bad experience

We were charged all sorts of fees and extra charges, and had to call numerous times to get them to credit back the extra charges. Finally got the money back a few weeks later. Gentleman that helped us was in a hurry and not very helpful, was just trying to push us out the door so he could leave.
