Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I spoke with 3 people at enterprises before getting a hold of Logan at this location! I was so impressed at his willingness to help me. He didn't have the vehicle that I needed this morning, but looked up a location and pointed me in the right direction in 20 seconds. He did not hesitate to take that extra step and I appreciate it.

Over all was great! Quick and friendly service. Only down fall was the inside of the car was a little dirty. Crumbs all over the center console, finger prints on the rear view mirror, trash in the back seat pockets and a Tupperware of trail mix under the driver seat! Still an overall good experience.

The Nissan Altima smelled completely of cigarette smoke, it smelled so badly that I had to purchase air fresheners for the car and it still didn’t even mask it. The car needed an oil change at 20,000 miles and the car was at 21,000 miles and it kept saying “oil change required”, I watched the woman working at Enterprise press the “cancel notification” button while showing me the car and when I asked about the oil change she said “it’s fine we will take care of it when you come back” ...um no, I pay for a vehicle that should be mechanically sound and when there is an engine light warning for an oil change, there’s a problem. She tried to push an SUV on me and charge me extra and I refused, I paid for a car with good gas mileage for what I was using the car for. Extremely dissatisfied

The process was fast and simple for both picking the vehicle up and dropping it off. We are very happy using Enterprise whenever we need to rent a vehicle.
