Wesley Wheels Transportation Service

This was the worst service I have ever used in my 20 years of nursing. My client had Physical therapy today. The driver who brought us to the therapy was rude and I could not believe how he spoke to us . My clientsc appointment was fantastic ! He was able to stand for the 1st time in a while. He was so happy ! I called before we even got out of the therapist office. Over a hour we waited. Over 4 phone calls made !! Unbelievable! Now unfortunately due to this experience my client is now , no longer wants to go back to therpthas he is worried about if he will be able to get back home !! This is the 2nd time that they have failed us ! When I set up the appointment I told them we would be done by noon ! Here it is 1pm and we are just now getting picked up ! Not to mention the driver has his phone In hand driving !! I would NOT ever tell anyone who needs to get somewhere to use this service !! Call Joy ride !!! Safer drivers and NEVER do you have to worry about the phone system going down and you will never have to wait over a hour to return home !! So upsetting to me that this has discurgrd my client from getting the treatment needed to become more independent ud83dude20
