Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Recently rented an SUV from the Euclid location. The vehicle had not been cleaned, we found food and used medical supplies in a pocket of the seats. We were driving elderly relatives and during this Covid 19 pandemic cleanliness should not be taken lightly. This upset me because we paid for a safe clean vehicle and Enterprise did not deliver! When I returned the vehicle I was told a manager would reach out to me, but I have yet to hear from anyone. I have been a customer with them for several years and I will never do business with them again. Our safety was not their priority!

Transaction is smooth every time, customer service is awesome. Recommend over any other car rental place.

Most of the experience was good like always but I was told I couldn't pay with debit card and put credit card on file for deposit so basically I'm forced to pay 23 percent interest on something I could pay cash for. Then I never received copy of rental agreement on email even though I called 2x and said it extremely important . I spoke to Icist both time. Very disappointed. Car was fine though.

Very great service every single time

Enterprise has good customer service and competitive prices. Their Fleet is admirable. I always look for the location being managed by Sabonis Smith. (He has changed locations a few times). He is fast, efficient, very professional and does his job very well. His smile alone is worth the trip.
