Very smooth and efficient check-in process. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating when we realized the vehicle we rented (our mistake, not Hertz's) didn't have enough storage space for our needs and quickly got us into a bigger vehicle.

Not only did they give me a vehicle that smelled like smoke, which made my allergies flare, they charged my credit card and they were not supposed to due to the rental being associated with an insurance claim. My insurance company was to pay for the cost of the rental. So, I am not sure why they were still charging me. They also left me sitting at the auto repair shop for hours when they were to already have a vehicle there waiting on me while I dropped my car off to be repaired. I called them to ask why they gave me a car that smelled like smoke in addition to why they have been charging my credit card and they put me on hold and never returned to the phone!!!!

I probably rent between 10-12 times a year and these fellas have always been great. My car is always ready on time and clean and they occasionally give me an upgrade when it's available. I've never had a complication, always a simple process.

This is the only place I go to to rent vehicles. Always a great experience
