Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I've always used Enterprise when renting a car, and I've never had a bad experience! Always a clean car, always good service (they really will pick you up). I've never had any issues with the cars being reliable, either. I usually stick with Enterprise when I have the option to.

Great experience with this rental car location. Very easy to reserve online, quick pick-up and drop-off, and got a better and cooler car model than I expected! No hidden or unexpected fees or any other trouble in general.nnThey need a larger parking lot though, it's quite crowded.

Detailing and cleaning a vehicle means just that.....while I appreciate the ability to get myself and my family into a vehicle that was a somewhat last minute rental, the vehicle was disgustingly filthy. From the film and handprints all over the windows to the lack of vacuuming the interior makes me question using Enterprise going forward. This is 2 different vehicles from 2 different locations where I have dealt with this issue. Perhaps management needs to step up and start doing their jobs to oversee their employees and ensure that the vehicles going out for rental are better maintained!!!

I love using enterprise when i need a car rentsl. They make it easy and quick to drive off with a car and they protect not only themselves but you too!!
