I've rented with Alamo several times and have never had an issue. Their pricing is reasonable and their cars are always new (within 1 year). Highly recommended.

Rented a 2019 Cadillac, it was dirty inside and out, my last time with alamo.

When picking up car clerk tried to charge me almost $200 more then reservation was for. Fortunately I had a hard copy of the reservations and he was able to get the cost close to what was agreed upon. Return of the car went well.

Awesome experience at the Alamo at the Des Moines airport. Usually dread car rentals but Michael made the experience great. Huge shout out to Michael and his excellent customer service!
