Avis Car Rental

It was a great and easy process to get into a vehicle. Normally, I had a reservation with a different company, but they failed to hold a vehicle for me. Avis was there for me!

Great customer service at pick up! Good vehicle, no issues, and great customer service at return.

Staff was very nice. Had a reservation and they didn't have any cars when I showed up so they upgraded me for the same price.

there were extra charges on my credit card and were never explained and i wouldn't know who to contact to have them explain those charges

The representative that assisted me with getting my rental car and returning my car was very professional and passionate. Big ups to her. Should have more employees like her. 10+ stars!! The fees and rates at the Des Moines location are a little more expensive than I am use to but overall was a good experience!
