Easy to deal with. Fast and friendly.

I arrived at 6:50pm on a Wednesday in Des Moines Airport. No one at desk here. Just a hand written sign saying they would retuen at 8am. There was also no communication from this location prior to my arrival to make changes to my arrangement prior to my flight arrival date either. As a USAA member, I expected top of the line customer care. I called and no one answered. Not even the customer care line was answered either. I hope things improve or I can't continue making my arrangements for transportation with this company.

Always get more than I expect from a rental place. They take care of their loyal customers. As with any car rental.

The girl at the counter tianna or whatever her name was was very knowledgeable and considerate, she helped me in such a timely manner and had perfect customer service turned my return into a great dayud83dudc4dud83cudffd
