Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Car was great! Only had 120 miles on it. Was clean as a whistle! Rental experience was smooth and painless. Rates were very competitive. Highly recommended!

I love enterprise but the last 2 times there was issues. The first time I booked for a truck and they didn’t have any available or anything close and I had to take a full sized car it was nice but not what I booked. On my 2nd trip I booked for a time got a call saying they maybe wouldn’t have any cars and to check back in the morning. Yes the booking was last minute only due to a family emergency I ended up getting a car the next morning trying to still make it unsuccessful. I love enterprise and will continue to only use them just been off their game my last couple encounters.

i reserved my vehicle on line. When I arrived the vehicle was ready. They asked if i would be willing to take a different one, which was a huge upgrade and no additional expense. Which I did. The pick up and drop off process went flawlessly. Every employee that I dealt with from Enterprise was both friendly and professional.nThank you Enterprise for a great experience.

Went to this location tonight, and was told they were out of vehicles after waiting half an hour to be helped at the counter. This was despite having a reservation in place for months. Was told to try back in the morning, but we ended up booking something with a competitor after this experience (still for tomorrow morning since everyone else was closed). They did say they'd reimburse me for a cab, so I guess that's worth something. I normally use Enterprise exclusively, but this was a disappointing experience to say the least. Reading previous reviews, overbooking seems to be a trend at this particular location. This location probably needs new management.

First, the staff I interacted with in Des Moines were all very friendly and helpful. My issue is with my experience after returning the vehicle. A piece of plastic over one of the wheels was loose when I returned it. The attendant noted it looked like a plastic clip had come undone. There was no indication I'd be liable for what appeared to be wear and tear vs collision damage. A few weeks later I get an invoice for $700 in damages with no opportunity to dispute it.
