Payless Car Rental

Service was great at pick up and drop off. This was a first time renting a car and with Payless it was all very easy and great experience.

I called to see if there would be any fee to return the car early. I was told no bring it in. I brought it in, they processed the paperwork without telling me the daily rate went to $80 a day. I realized the fee increase when he handed me the paperwork. I returned the car 3 days early and did not save any money. I feel cheated and over charged. I will never use Payless again, I could not keep the car at that moment because the paperwork was completed.

Low prices airport convenience fast friendly service

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! This company is fraudulent. Charged 113$ for no reason and they won’t contact me back to explain. Returned the car on time, no damages and with a full tank of gas. Avoid them.

Over charged us, gave us the run around and never refunded what they over charged with NO explanation. Will never rent from them again, if you do BE AWARE!
