Enterprise delivered the rental to me right at the Auto Shop that was fixing my car. When I was done with their vehicle I was able to leave it at the same location they delivered it to. This was very convenient. They take quite the load of off your shoulders in a situation that is not always fun to deal with.
I would like to say I am very happy with my local Enterprise Rent-A-Car Airport location. Rebecca, Tom and Tony are great people and very professional. Their customer service is phenomenal. Hmm I don't believe that a car rental place is right next to Runway 27R. Maybe they should move the location to where it actually is.
Zoe the “manager” was rude and unhelpful. The only reason I give this location more than 1 star is because the other employee who appeared to be in training was more friendly than her. She didn’t want anything to do with us and had the worst customer service attitude I have ever seen. She said things like “well sorry, I can’t help you” and “I don’t know what to tell you”.
Enterprise has always treated me well. No exception here. Thanks Zoe!
