I received excellent service when I picked up my 2020 Ford expedition with National Car Rental. The pick up process was quick and easy, the car was clean and ready to go. The agent who assisted me renting the vehicle at the Grand Forks international Airport national car rental counter was Tony, he was very Polite and professional. He made sure to cover all the details and made the process quick and efficient. The vehicle was the perfect size for my family and we had a wonderful experience. The car was ready when I arrived and located in its designated spot. The counter staff were friendly and very courteous. All my paperwork was in order and I was in and out in a timely manner. Really couldn't have asked for more.
